Shelby Adamson, principal and creative director of Little Black Fox is an interior designer servicing the southeast (Atlanta, Greenville, and surrounding areas). With a background in textile sciences and design, she started her interiors career in luxury kitchen and bath showrooms. From that experience, Shelby curated an eye for high end surfaces, fittings, and fixtures. Shelby also gained experience in spatial planning as a lead designer in home staging.

In 2015, Shelby then moved on to work at a boutique design firm where she immersed herself in furnishings, kitchen, and bathroom projects, cultivating a love for designing bespoke custom cabinetry.

In 2020, she branched out on her own, feeling confident in her leadership abilities, and founded Little Black Fox, affectionately named after her foster pup, Niko. Shelby’s driving force is a passion for architecture and interiors. With her client’s budget and timeline at the forefront of the design projects, attention to detail, strong project management, along with her strong relationships with contractors, builders, and vendors have allowed her to create beautiful spaces. Shelby’s intuitive approach to her client’s projects has elevated her to become a sought after designer in the southeast.
